When we used to live in Cala Romantica and i had to fly to Dusseldorf, i had to have a neighbor drive me to Manacor. Then, take the train through Inca to Palma Centre. Several parking services are currently available. For example, the airport has its very own parking building at the Terminal Car Park and offers the first 30 minutes free. There after, the first four days cost 10,30 € per day!

A stay of more than 4 days to 15 days cost 4,65 per day and 16 to 30 days cost 88 €.

One month's parking fees will cost you 98 €, 3 months for 231 € and 12 months cost 828 €!

VIP Parking costs even more and requires a 12 hour advance reservation! 1 day 65 €, 2 days 80 €, 3 days 90 €, 4 days 100 €, and after 5 days, mercifully, it goes down to 10 € per day.

Park & Fly is slightly different and cheaper but requires an airport transfer or shuttle service. Similar to the rent a car services. Which means loading and unloading any baggage you may have twice. First, into your vehicle at home, then out of your vehicle and into their vehicle at Park & Fly and then out of their vehicle once you arrive at the airport. However, their prices are a bit better! 1 day 4,85, 2 days 4,45, 3 days 4,05, 4 days 3,65, > 4 days 3,00 €, 6 months for 340 €, 12 months for 600 € and shade for your car is 20% more. There is also a new service, called VIP Private Parking which also offers a shuttle service from the Polygono Son Oms, next to the airport. Where they have a building, to park your car indoors! One may leave the keys with them, if you wish to have the exterior wash or you may take your keys with you and not get the car wash. Rates are 6 € per day or 800 € per year. How does the ranch ownership work for me? We strive for simplicity and convenience! Once you become an owner, simply drive to the airport. Leave your car in the Terminal Car Park and send us a short SMS identifying yourself and stating on which floor and space your car is located and we will then pick up your car and bring it to the ranch. The first 30 minutes in the Terminal Car Park are free. Nothing can be simpler!

Once at the ranch, your car does not sit, roasting in the hot sun like most other parking services! We have specially built car shades at no extra charge!

We do not charge you 20% more to protect your car from the damaging rays of the sun. We treat your car as if it was our very own! Each car gets its own car shade 3 metres wide by 6 metres long by at least 2 metres high. A full 36 cubic metres of space for each vehicle!

How do I recover my car? Whenever you return to Majorca, notify us by telephone, e-mail or SMS and we will deliver your car to the Terminal Car Park at the time you desire and send you an SMS with its precise location. You simply exit the aircraft, pick up your bags, if any and walk to the Terminal Car Park to get into your clean car that is waiting for you.

How does one become an owner? You simply buy one or more shares of the company that owns the land! As a shareholder, you own stock in the company and the company owns the land. You have every right to park your car on your land and keep it there as long as you like! It’s your land! Use it whenever you like!

How much does it cost? This is the best part! Each share of stock in the company currently sells for a single, one time payment of only 2.495 €. However, space is limited and the price of land near the airport will likely increase over time. If you ever choose to sell your share, then you may derive a profit! If you derive a profit or resell at the same price, then your parking has all been free!

We will also buy back your share after 5 years for the same price you paid! That is why we call it “Free Airport Parking”!

If you wish, we will also resell your share for you, at any time or you may sell it yourself or pass it along in your inheritance! It is your property and belongs to you!
